Terenska naročila is a Slovenian app for capturing orders in the field. It is built and operated by Nejc Gergič s.p. from Maribor.

Why we exist
A field rep visits a customer, agrees an order and writes it down: on paper, in a phone note, or in a spreadsheet that gets retyped back at the office in the evening. Time is lost in between, discounts get worked out from memory, and the prices in the catalogue are not necessarily the ones currently in force. Retyping is also where most order errors are born.
Terenska naročila removes that step. The rep carries the full catalogue with prices on a phone, quantity discounts are applied automatically, and the order is submitted while still at the customer, together with a PDF order sheet the customer receives or signs on the spot.
What the app does
- Catalogue with prices: products with images, composition, packaging and stock, imported from your price list file.
- Automatic discounts: quantity thresholds and campaigns are applied as you type, with no mental arithmetic.
- PDF order sheet: ready the moment the order is submitted, with your logo and details.
- Works without signal: the order is stored on the device and sent as soon as the connection returns.
- Customers and history: who ordered what, when, with which notes and rewards.
- Team and permissions: the administrator sees everything, a rep sees their own customers and orders.
Who it is for
For small and mid-sized suppliers that sell through field reps: supplements and cosmetics into pharmacies and specialist shops, wholesale to hospitality, distribution of technical goods. In short, wherever the order is created in a conversation at the customer rather than in an online shop.
How we build
- Data stays in the EU. The database and the application run in Frankfurt, Germany. Nothing is stored outside the European Economic Area.
- No passwords. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email, so there is no password to steal or reuse elsewhere.
- Your data is yours. Your customers, price list and orders belong to you; we process them only so the service works. The details are in the data processing agreement.
- Slovene first. The app, the emails and support are in Slovene; English is available for mixed teams.
